Which way to get in touch
Booking an MOT? The online diary is the quickest route — it shows the slots that are actually free, so you pick a day and a time rather than waiting for us to come back to you.
Want a price, or not sure what is wrong? Use the form above. It lets you send photos, which often saves a visit — a picture of the damage, the warning light or the part tells us more than a paragraph can.
Urgent, or easier to explain out loud? Ring 01382 690898. If the car is doing something that worries you, phone rather than email.
What to tell us
The more of this you can give us, the more useful our answer will be:
- The registration, or the make, model and year
- What it is doing — the noise, the light, the feel, the smell
- When it does it: cold start, braking, turning, over bumps, at speed
- When it started, and whether it is getting worse
- Anything already done to it, and roughly when it was last serviced
- Photos — up to four, JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 6 MB each. Straight off your phone is fine.
You only need to leave a phone number or an email address, whichever suits you — not both. We reply from info@tannadicemotors.com, and your details are only ever used to answer you. We keep an enquiry for twelve months and then delete it; the privacy notice sets out the detail.

Bodywork — dents, panels, paint and insurance work — is handled by Tannadice Autobody at Hawkhill Court, Dundee DD1 4JG. Same phone number either way, so if you are not sure which you need, ring and we will point you at the right one.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm, and closed on Sundays. We are based in Dundee and look after drivers from across Tayside and Fife — see the areas we cover.

What is the quickest way to book an MOT?
The online diary. It shows real availability, so you pick your slot there and then instead of waiting on a reply. You can also ring us if you would rather.
Can you tell me what it will cost over the phone?
For straightforward jobs we can usually give you a good idea. For a noise or a warning light, we need to see the car first — anyone who quotes you a firm price for a fault they have not looked at is guessing. Either way you get a quote before any work starts.
Which address do I come to?
Annfield Road for MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs. Hawkhill Court for bodywork, dents and paint. If in doubt, ring the one number and we will tell you.
Do you work on my make?
Almost certainly — we look after cars, vans and light commercials of all makes and models. You can also find yours in our car makes index.
How do I send you photos?

What happens to the details I send?
They go to us by email so we can answer you, and nothing else. We hold an enquiry for twelve months and then delete it. The privacy notice explains it in full.
