Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through tannadicemotors.com. It was last updated on 17 September 2026.
Who we are
Tannadice Motors, 5 Annfield Road, Dundee DD1 5JH. You can contact us about your data at info@tannadicemotors.com or on 01382 690898.
What we collect and why
When you send a message, we collect what you type into the form — your name, phone number and/or email address, your vehicle registration and model, your message — and any photos you attach. We use it only to answer your enquiry, quote for work and book your vehicle in. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
To stop abuse of the form we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type. We can’t turn the hash back into your IP address.
MOT bookings
The booking diary on our Book online page is provided by MOT Manager (bookinmycar.co.uk). Details you enter there go to that service so we can manage your booking.
